A national investment management firm is hiring a REMOTE Communications Specialist near the Colorado Springs, CO metro. This is a 6-month CONTRACT role with the opportunity to extend.

Communications Specialist Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Communications Specialist.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within the retirement and/or 401k.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of meeting aggressive 90-day timelines. 
  • Superb communication and project management skills are essential, with as many as 9 communications projects at a time. 

Communications Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored communication strategies to market the organization’s products and services.
  • Critical role during new client transitions, shaping initial experiences.
  • Oversee client communications and participant experience in small to midsize plan conversion projects.
  • Focus on client and advisor satisfaction, aiming for retention and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and advisors to navigate project intricacies.
  • Craft participant conversion communications, identify target audiences, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead conversion communication presentations, manage material development, and provide direction to internal teams.
  • Adhere to organizational standards and protocols, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
