A leading global commercialization partner for the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and wellness industries based in Dallas, TX is in search of a contract-hybrid Copywriter. This is a contract role, starting ASAP. Candidates with experience working with health brands on both B2B and B2C encouraged to apply! 

Copywriter Responsibilities: 
  • Source, manage and maintain complex bodies of evidence for your key brands and own the info within
  • Contribute to brand strategy, regularly attending tactical team meetings
  • Create accomplished work for all audiences –patients, HCPs, MSLs (sales reps), corporate
  • Confidently tackle a wide range of projects and campaign elements, including corporate training, sales aids, patient education, digital applications, etc.
  • Begin adding strategic value to projects before and during briefs, collaborating with your creative leaders, planners and client services teams
  • Ensure work can be scientifically substantiated and internally approved
Copywriter Requirements:
  • Ability to adapt technical language into simple copy
  • Use tone adroitly in order to fulfill intent (instructional, persuasive etc)
  • Be passionate about bringing narrative excellence to health brand comms, keeping patients at the heart.
  • Work in a creative team/with others to develop your creative ideas; take a leading role on creative campaign
  • Observe and act on current trends and research in relevant therapy area/s, share your knowledge widely.
  • Anticipate and actively seek out incoming work.
  • Prepare yourself for briefings, coming armed with the necessary pre-reading and questions (if possible).
  • Take full advantage of training on offer; execute training tasks on time and with flair.
  • Offer to assist other members of the writing team when able.
  • Reliably produce high quality, on-brief work that solves client’s business problems in outstanding and original ways.
  • Proofread own work and gain line manager approval at established check points.
  • Be rigorous about accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate your ability to co-produce visually-led communications
