“As part of the marketing department at [Financial institution], I outsource all of our creative services for the cross-market programs. In the past, I’ve used full sized agencies, but never felt like I had the control I wanted over the project once it was handed over. Not only has he brought new creative ideas to the table, he has been exceedingly attentive and cooperative with our eve changing projects. He has never missed a deadline and has done everything in his power to help us keep ours. We communicate very regularly via e-mail and phone, which helps to keep the turnaround time to a bare minimum. I cannot emphasize how easy it’s been to work with him.
