A large mobile and technology company located in Nashville, TN is seeking a Marketing Account Coordinator for an immediate contract position. The Marketing Account Coordinator has the potential to convert into a full-time, direct hire position.

Marketing Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated customer concerns and support our client services team and small business owners.
  • Support company growth with onboarding new business clients to the platform.
  • Coach contractors to best navigate the digital platform
  • Social media marketing, PR, social media advertising, content marketing, blog posts
  • Proactively analyze and detect complex issues that affect client services team and dissect the problems into actionable solutions.
  • Have great analytical skills to define metrics and leading indicators of business performance and develop tools, content, and dashboards to provide actionable insights that drive business results and growth opportunities.
  • Take ownership and collaborate with other teammates to engineer great end-to-end customer experiences.

Marketing Account Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent time of work experience.
  • 2-3 years' experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Experience in an agency or start-up is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated and can work independently in a scaling and fast changing environment.
  • An enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality to do whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.
  • Ability to edit existing writing or create from scratch with input from stakeholders.
