Profiles is a marketing and creative technology staffing firm, servicing enterprise and Fortune 500 clientele across many industries including Financial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Advertising and Branding, Digital and Information Technology.

We are currently seeking a Creative & Marketing Recruiter to join the downtown Baltimore, MD office. The Creative Tech & Marketing Recruiter will have experience in Staffing in the Creative and Marketing industry or experience in Staffing for similar industries and is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates' in contract and direct hire career opportunities.

Creative & Marketing Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with marketing, creative and technical talent to establish a pipeline.
  • Recruit, screen, interview, assess and place candidates.
  • Establish recruiting plans which include job boards, social networking, and referral sources.
  • Perform reference-checking procedures on all candidates to confirm past performance, recruit new candidates and prospect for new job orders/requisitions.
  • Conduct interviews with talent by phone to qualify candidates for defined roles with our clients.
  • Attain weekly activity metrics as defined by the manager.
  • Maintain and document candidate communication using our ATS and leading industry recruiting tools.
  • Assess client company position requirements and appropriately match candidates to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate applicant/candidate/employee records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Consult with talent and the internal team to provide local market knowledge on current salary ranges and other employment-related concerns.
  • Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control, and development of additional business in collaboration with other team members.
  • Proactively seek and attract candidates to pipeline for future orders.
  • Maintain company job postings on multiple sites.
  • Actively participate in social and face-to-face networking within the local community.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources.

Creative & Marketing Recruiter Requirements:

  • College degree.
  • 2 years of related work experience in staffing/agency recruiting, experience recruiting digital marketing/creative technology positions is highly preferred. Or, 2 years of work experience as an Account Executive in the digital marketing/creative technology industry is also highly prefered.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with customer service orientation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow-through demonstrated in previous jobs.
  • Ability to prioritize work efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to meet metrics and goals.
