Profiles has partnered with a leading mortgage finance company that is currently seeking a Paid Media Strategist in Dallas, TX (close to McKinney, TX).

The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for the management and fulfillment of digital marketing projects related to Loan Originators. This position will assist the Paid Media SEM Manager in managing projects and assignments and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.

**At least 2 years of Paid Media Marketing Strategy experience is required.**

Paid Media Strategist Compensation: This is a Direct Hire role that offers between $50K -$75K pending experience with an annual bonus, full benefits, and work from home options but is required to live local to McKinney, TX.

Paid Media Strategist Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Originator campaigns through AdWords (Bing / Google) as provided by the Paid Media SEM Manager strategy.
  • Coordinate social strategies with Social Media Lead for consistency and tracking within hearsay.
  • Keep accounting for Originator campaigns tracked for billing.
  • Work with Paid Media SEM Manager to attach campaign attributes to the correct landing page and digital assets.
  • Administer Lead Distribution System and Updates.
  • Provide reporting back to Paid Media SEM Manager and Campaign Strategists / Coordinators.
  • Manage page coding for improved ad ratings and local content.
  • Assist the Paid Media SEM Manager in digital marketing implementation of PPC and SEM strategy.
  • Administrate digital marketing reporting.
  • Analyze digital analytics for the recommendation on further optimizing lead generation efforts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers to the company website, online presence and promote online products and services. Analyze online statistics and identifies areas to optimize online marketing performance.

Paid Media Strategist Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Media, Google AdWords, and SEM management.
  • Digital marketing strategy familiarity (Paid Media, SEM).
  • Digital analytics skills and understanding of data trends.
  • Excellent level of oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate across a variety of audiences.
  • Consistent Project Management of Assignments.
  • Professional and effective interpersonal skills. Solid decision-making skills with a display of professionalism in maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
