Account Manager
A leading marketing agency headquartered near Baltimore, MD is looking for a hybrid remote Account Manager for an immediate, full-time role. The agency is currently working on a hybrid remote schedule, working two days a week in the Baltimore, MD office.
The ideal candidate is a passionate and seasoned advertising professional who will provide strategic leadership and seamless management of projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring agency Clients’ needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects within assigned Client relationships, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables and Client satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to (and often in collaboration with others):
- Develop creative strategies.
- Develop media strategies.
- Creation of project timelines.
- Spearhead production process – broadcast, print, digital, outdoor, etc.
- Develop campaign / Client measurements & reporting.
- Presentation development & delivery.
- Demonstrate financial and business acumen to manage Client budgets and Agency resources.
- Comfortable and effective sales of Agency strategies, creative and points of view.
- Recognize and implement new revenue opportunities.
- 3+ years’ Agency experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or mass communications is desirable.
- Experience working in paid media campaigns.
- Comfortable wearing both strategy and account hats at the same time.
- Works well with cross-functional teams.
