An innovative healthcare agency is seeking an Analytics Manager for an immediate start. This opportunity is 100% remote.

The Analytics Manager will support program analytics, reporting, and Business Intelligence across multiple communication and marketing channels, including websites, paid media, SEM/SEO, email, mobile apps, B2B CRM tools for sales reps (Veeva), conventions, and more.

Analytics Manager Responsibilities:

  • Defining and documenting key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital programs that effectively measure against program objectives and strategic imperatives.
  • Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Development of KPI Briefs for digital programs that outline our measurement plan and is tied to the overall brand objective.
  • Setup of Google Analytics architectures (Orgs, Accounts, Properties, Views) with standardized settings and configs, and the setup of new websites
  • Apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost customer productivity and revenue.
  • Creation of real-time analytics dashboards using Google Data Studio that are stackable, proving the right level of KPIs and insights to the right stakeholders.
  • Support digital media campaign operations with ad trafficking through Google Campaign Manager.
  • Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments.
  • Creation of client-facing reports that incorporate multiple sources of data using data visualization software, preferably Google Data Studio (also Tableau/Domo/Microsoft Power BI).

Analytics Manager Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of digital analytics implementation, website tagging, reporting, and analysis.
  • Advanced skills using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and a strong knowledge of tag publishing
  • Google Analytics certification – Expert level needed
  • Strong understanding of standard KPIs (and benchmarks) across multiple digital channels, and program/campaign types
  • A working knowledge of best practices for SEO/SEM 
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF/AND statements, and nested formulas.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets in Microsoft Excel/SQL for data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong presentation skills with a comfort level for presenting to internal and client audiences.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to implement department and agency-wide processes.
  • Passion for understanding current and emerging digital trends, channels, platforms, and technologies.
