Brand Marketing Specialist
A global fitness and sports retailer headquartered in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Brand Marketing Specialist for an immediate six-month contract with the likelihood of extension.
Starting off remote, the Brand Marketing Specialist will report into the Global Brand Marketing Manager and support the execution of global omni channel brand messaging to enhance consumer experiences. The Brand Marketing Specialist will partner with internal teams including marketing, creative and global operations to drive global storytelling across multiple channels. This contact has the opportunity to extend and potentially convert to a full-time hire for the right fit as this team is GROWING!

Brand Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Partner with multiple marketers, regional teams and Marketing Operations to support regional brand calendar, product launches and in-store regional marketing campaigns.
- Serve as an internal point of contact to align with creation operations on creative briefs, workflow, meetings and report back to brand team as needed.
- Work with Omni-channel marketing team to understand digital retail efforts and seasonal marketing planning.
- Creative a template for a full year global calendar to help manage year-long planning.
- Align with internal teams on brand-specific deliverables for regional retail needs.
- Partner with global retail team to build extensive presentations on global fleet for creative and marketing efforts.
- Support external agency communications for urgent needs for omni channel marketing campaigns.
- Identify global adoption rate of season directives across all regions and confirm where there are opportunities to align for future seasons.
- Support Global Brand Manager on additional projects as it pertains to omni channel marketing and retailers.
Brand Marketing Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in marketing or related field, OR 5+ years of retail marketing experience.
- Experience in apparel or retail related field.
- Experience in consumer focused marketing, with a focus in brand storytelling.
- Mac proficient, with excellent skills in Keynote, PPt and Excel.
- Passionate about sports and fitness, a plus.
- Independent and pro-active marketer.
