Copywriter
A mobile and technology company is seeking a Copywriter for a contract position in Nashville, TN. The Copywriter will work closely with mission-driven designers, writers, project managers, and strategists who are constantly innovative and out of the box thinkers
This hybrid remote position would ideally be local to the Nashville area.
Copywriter Responsibilities:
- Writing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines.
- Work on several, diverse projects at once—with a quick turnaround.
- Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.
- Review content for clarity and accuracy and ensure it’s in-line with project strategy and mission.
- Edit content in response to feedback from internal clients.
Copywriter Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of copywriting experience, in a corporate or agency environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
- Experience with SEO copy best practices.
- Experience writing copy for a regulated industry, preferred (healthcare, legal, gov’t).
- Samples or portfolio required.
