Creative Production Manager
Profiles is partnering with a world leading agency, in search of a Remote Creative Production Manager in Lost Angeles, CA. Applicants must reside on the west coast for this remote opportunity: Los Angeles, CA and Seattle, WA.
The Creative Production Manager must come from an agency background and will be a mix between a resource facilitator, traffic manager, and production lead within the creative space.

Creative Production Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience managing multiple creative projects (digital, web, design, print).
- Must have an agency background.
- Must understand the intricacies of concepting, development and production of print, digital, video and paid media assets (broadcast, banners, social assets, etc.).
- Possess full understanding of creative development and production to be able to advise, in the moment, on various courses of action – always advocating for the best creative outcomes.
- Strong understanding of digital processes and best practices requirements.
- Must have extensive experience managing creative budgets and timelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Creative Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Facilitate in bridging the technical and creative aspects of production.
- Provide advice on production, budget and timing implications as ideas are developed. Ideate on production options to support concept development.

- Manage projects from conception to delivery while meeting deadlines and budget.
- Communicate effectively between creative team member while driving deliverables and managing expectations.
- Precisely estimate labor costs while troubleshooting.
- Manage creative freelancers, vendors, printers and event companies.
