We have an exciting opportunity to work with a global broadcast media company as a Demand Generation Lead Remote for an immediate direct hire. This position is full-time remote.

The Demand Generation Lead will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Communications to strategize and deploy targeted marketing programs that support revenue generation and brand expansion initiatives. Individuals in this role will be passionate and knowledgeable about the use of technology in communicating to the market, generating market and customer interest in products and services, and creating brand equity.

This B2B marketing position is an exciting role with the potential to directly impact the top line and brand recognition of a rapidly growing, next-generation IP tech company serving the full range of the media market.

Demand Generation Lead Responsibilities: 

  • Own a wide range of marketing, communications, and content initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
  • Own, lead, and manage all inbound and outbound marketing strategies (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Email, Direct Mail, etc.).
  • Partner with the sales organization to achieve team and company KPIs.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on the impact of campaigns and pipeline generated to drive business results.
  • Develop deep understanding of company products, target markets, solutions, and buyer’s journey and align company offerings with target needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and execute multi-channel integrated marketing programs and support sales enablement.
  • Develop, deploy, and optimize customer-centric outbound programs in conjunction with sales, SDR, and event teams.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns and channels for better response and conversion rates.
  • Leverage the marketing automation platform to segment the contact database and maintain ongoing communications with prospects and customers.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis, as a key input into ongoing marketing programs.
  • Proactively communicate campaign efficiency to leadership team, using analysis/presentations to recommend and implement strategies to improve performance.

Demand Generation Lead Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation roles, preferably with B2B technology companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or comparable field.
  • Big picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail who can drive both high-level strategy and execution.
  • Results-driven problem solver with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to make decisions autonomously.
  • Experience with demand generation technologies and platforms: CRM (Salesforce), MAP (ideally Pardot), CMS, ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.), project management tools, and others.
  • Expertise analyzing and interpreting data across multiple platforms, channels, and touchpoints.
  • Experience implementing ABM strategies, processes, and tools strongly preferred.
  • Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO / SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
