Our client, a long-standing and rapidly growing manufacturer is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. This job is based in outside of Baltimore, Maryland and is expected to by a hybrid position. Working with the Sales and Marketing team, you will develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing efforts across all digital channels including corporate website, SEO/SEM, retargeting, Display Advertising, and Account Based Marketing to support top level growth objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing account-based enterprise strategies and high-performing campaigns that embrace the full set of digital channels. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and detail oriented, a self-starter that is highly focused on measurable growth.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

· Design, build and maintain our paid social media presence

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs, revenue attribution, website traffic)

· Identify trends and insights, and optimize ad spend and performance based on the insights

· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience with smart CTAs, A/B testing, and SEO optimization

· Create and manage marketing automation workflows to support nurture campaigns for all stages of the sales and marketing funnel

· Manage and maintain website and oversee management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels

· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

· Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

· Optimize digital channels with SEO/SEM best practices.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

· 3 – 5 years of digital marketing experience

· Experience working in a marketing automation platform to build/manage automation workflows, Hubspot preferred

· Working knowledge of and ability to implement SEO best practices, particularly technical SEO

· Working knowledge of ad serving tools

· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns

· Experience creating and managing multichannel digital marketing campaigns and account-based marketing to reach marketing and business revenue goals
