Profiles is partnering with an online health organization who’s seeks a Director, Marketing Analytics to develop and execute regular cross-channel analysis to showcase marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements. This position is a full-time remote opportunity.

The Director, Marketing Analytics will develop and deliver reports to support and shape decision-making and direction relating to product and content development and prioritization. The Director, Marketing Analytics works with the marketing team, as well cross-departmentally to define and build key audiences and personas for target marketing.

Director, Marketing Analytics Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize marketing data across multiple channels, including website, social media, marketing automation, and email marketing.
  • Interpret data, formulate reports, identify trends and make recommendations to marketing and campaign effectiveness and content improvements.
  • Determine KPIs and designs methods for measuring success/failures.
  • Develop intuitive and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver actionable information for marketing activities, effectiveness and business impact.
  • Monitor and track progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
  • Discover best uses of and builds standard Marketing Automation campaigns for use by the Marketing team.
  • Identify and build standardized target audiences/personas for marketing campaigns.

Director, Marketing Analytics Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, SEO, performance marketing, email marketing and automation.
  • Proven track record interpreting complex data, formulating reports, implementing improvements for effective campaigns.
  • Strong skills in data management, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Must have expertise in Alterian or similar CRM tool.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology such as attribution models, conversion tracking, audience creation and segmentation.
  • Must have the ability to analyze and provide recommendations at both granular and high levels.
  • Experience Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (certification a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Marketing, or similar field.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership background.
