An innovative healthcare agency is seeking a Group Account Supervisor for an immediate start. This opportunity is 100% remote.

The GAS is responsible for providing day-to-day account management for a single vertical within an account or a group of assigned clients/projects. A GAS maintains mutually beneficial relationships with clients and manages account finances for his/her assigned business.

GAS Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of project briefs by applying critical thinking in partnership with project management to ensure efficient accurate project timing and estimating.

  • Effectively manage daily workflow and foster optimal team dynamic through collaboration.

  • Communicate client direction on changes at the tactical level to internal cross functional team and ensure accuracy of work.

  • Provide tactical recommendations to clients for annual planning and in real time.

  • Successfully integrate efforts with internal and external agency partners.

  • Build client relationships outside of the core brand team (i.e., regulatory, medical, legal).

  • Develop and manage client budgets at the tactical level and escalate concerns in real time.

  • Prepare financial reporting documents in partnership with finance and project management for review by senior leadership.

  • Raise concerns in real time to supervisor or business lead on all fronts: relationship with client; financial concerns; staffing concerns.

    GAS Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills in small groups and on pitches.

  • Thorough understanding of client brand market, target audience and clinical profile of product and competitors.

  • Demonstrate ability to problem solve and have a solutions-orientation.

  • Serve as a “trusted advisor” to internal team.

  • Recognizes potential opportunities during client meetings (for new tactics) and escalates them internally.

  • Builds rapport well, easily approachable by team and client.

  • Stellar organizational skills and work-management.

  • Outstanding communication skills: oral, written and interpersonal.

  • Successfully coach and mentor direct reports via regular (daily) feedback loops and work review.

  • High level of comfort in a fast-paced, fluid, deadline-driven environment. 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience: Six to eight years advertising experience; minimum three years in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
