Healthcare Project Manager
A rapidly growing global consultancy and partner to cutting edge life sciences and biotech companies is in need of a remote Project Manager for an immediate direct hire opportunity. Ideal candidates will have experience in a medical communications agency experience.
In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for handling multiple projects at a time and be responsible for the project development process.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-5 years related experience in a client service or agency setting.
- Healthcare or pharma experience preferred.
- Healthcare publication experience highly preferred.
- Attention to details and timeline driven.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Results and solution oriented to address potential workflow obstacles and provide solutions.
- Comfortable being client facing.
- Entry level, intermediate, or advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Outlook).
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage full project planning, management and tracking as well as quality and risk control.
- Monthly reporting (step by step training will be provided and recorded).
- Communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders and clients as needed.
- Internal: Scientific directors, medical writers, creative, editorial, client service teams.
- Manage all aspects of developing and tracking project timelines.
- Monitor project scope and specifications and proactively communicate when changes to project scope, timeline or budget need to occur.
- Ad hoc projects (will be scoped and discussed with team)
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at once
