HTML/CSS Email Production Specialist

The HTML/CSS Email Production Specialist will primarily entail coding and quality assurance for our HTML emails, as well as overseeing the organization and categorization of distribution lists. The HTML/CSS Email Production Specialist will be responsible for executing one-time campaigns and customer journeys. Additionally, this position will play a key part in developing and scheduling cross-channel campaigns, including SMS, website posts, ads, and push notifications.

• Handling the daily implementation of our email program, encompassing email construction, audience segmentation, test configuration, and the timing of email campaigns and journeys.

• Generating cross-channel campaigns as needed, spanning SMS, web posts, advertisements, and push notifications.

• Collaborating effectively and maintaining close coordination with other departments, including marketing and editorial teams, to ensure a harmonious and immersive omnichannel journey for our readers.

• Ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and upholding best practices for deliverability monitoring.

• Strong command of HTML and CSS, with a bonus for familiarity in HTML/CSS email coding, particularly within the MJML Framework.

• Skill in juggling multiple projects within a time-sensitive setting.

• Methodical approach coupled with a sharp focus on particulars.

• Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms is advantageous.
