Join the growing team of an international association as the Integrated Marketing Manager!

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for audience segment across their product offerings through integrated marketing tactics, engaging and the optimizing member experience.

Marketing Automation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Define integrate marketing strategies to develop audience roadmap for growth.
  • Drive across the customer journey, demand generation and drive audience loyalty.
  • Define member retention, strategy, segmentation, and engagement.
  • Manage marketing automation throughout customer journey.
  • Customize and personalize content to meet the need of the audience.
  • Closely manage target audiences through a highly data analytics lens.
  • Implement strategic content marketing program for each audience segment.

Marketing Automation Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of integrated marketing experience with an HR focus.
  • Must have extensive background in audience segmentation and demand generation.
  • Must have management experience. 
  • Strong background with Salesforce and Marketo to generate, nurture, and track leads/conversions.
  • Digital agency background.
  • SEO / SEM, paid media, email marketing, go-to-market strategy.
