We are partnering with an international organization in McLean, VA to find a Marketing Analyst – Customer Experience to join their growing team.

This individual must be able to think strategically from a holistic standpoint to analyze and drive all data to improve the customer experience nationally.

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with third-party vendor to manage and drive customer survey program to improve customer experience.
  • Report research analysis to leadership through presentations and dashboards.
  • Monitor and track data to ensure processes are running efficiently including response rates and drop rates.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting and analytics to measure in-depth analysis of customer behaviors within customer journey to exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify new ways to optimize the survey program.

Marketing Analyst Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum three (3) of experience in Marketing Analytics for Customer Experience
  • Agency or hospitality background is very highly desired.
  • Outstanding communicator and creative thinker.
  • Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features.
  • Strategic thinker and holistically tactful.
  • Go-getter and an innovative self-starter.
