Marketing Automation Specialist
This role is open to 100% remote, but candidates must be located in one of the following states: MD, VA, FL, DC, PA or DE.

Marketing Automation Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing Technology or related field.
- Four+ years of related professional experience in systems administration, digital marketing or within a marketing technology environment, 2+ year experience gathering and translating requirements.
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Experience with some type of marketing automation platform required.
- Collaborate closely with Information Technology and leverage opportunities across the enterprise.
- Innovate and drive strategy for our demand generation, lead nurturing, journeys and automated communications programs in support of enterprise and client level objectives.
- Drive growth and retention for the company across all channels.
- Build and translate requirements into sophisticated segmentations/personas, automation, and journey buildouts, which integrate and push and pull key data elements from Marketing technologies.
- Employ CRM/PRM and Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to build campaigns, emails, journeys, workflows, and audience segmentations.
- Handle the setup, deployment, management, optimization, and reporting of automated marketing campaigns.
