We are partnering with an international organization in McLean, VA to find a Marketing Manager – Real Estate to join their growing team.

The Marketing Manager will have an agency background and be responsible driving strategic marketing plans and deliverables to meet sales goals for new business.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Business Development, Sales, and Operations to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Support brand awareness efforts in development markets to meet sales goals through promotions and strategic marketing.
  • Draft and review content copy for marketing communications for collateral, website copy, advertising, and sales messaging.
  • Work with vendors and internal team to manage asset creation within deadline, budget, and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Measure and track all marketing activities through analytics and reporting.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • 3 years of strategic marketing experience for sales.
  • Must have Real Estate or similar background.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
  • Strong ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible in nature and able to manage deadlines.
