The ideal candidate will have excellent direct mail experience managing complex projects and accustomed to new technology. Production and print execution experience is required.

Marketing Specialist Requirements:
- At least 3 years marketing direct mail experience.
- Multi-channel experience with preferably campaign management.
- Understanding of marketing KPI’s and levers for improvement.
- Highly effective communicator and skilled relationship-builder who can influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking.
Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including creative, agency, and operations teams to execute upon and deliver direct mail campaigns into market.
- Solid writing skills by communicating marketing goals into effective creative briefs.
- Project manage creative development with various partners to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to strategy, and delivered on schedule.
- Manage multiple projects while navigating changing priorities to deliver excellent results.
- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies that include positioning recommendations, testing opportunities and clear timelines.
- Navigate/negotiate through a complex organization and multiple stakeholders.
