Join the Growth Operations team of a Fortune 50 media and technology company in Philadelphia, PA as their newest Remote Product Coordinator. The position is primarily remote with routine (minimum once per month) in-office work expected. This is a year long contract with the potential to extend.

Working within the Growth Operations Team, the Product Coordinator will be involved in bringing 10 rewards products online per week for a large-scale loyalty rewards program.

Customer Engagement Manager Responsibilities:

  • Working within the loyalty platform, including building, testing, troubleshooting, and pushing to product, averaging 10 rewards launching per week.
  • Creation of all product (digital codes) for applicable rewards.
  • Product inventory management of all active rewards.
  • Tracking all Brierly issues and enhancements in activation team log.
  • Managing all activation program reporting including redemptions, enrollments, and Adobe Analytics.

Customer Engagement Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of related experience. Experience with Brierly or other loyalty marketing platforms preferred but not required.  
  • Proactive team player with a customer centric mindset and detailed focus on delivering valuable rewards to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills to build strong relationships.
