Join a fast-growing team as an Account Manager for a software services organization in Arlington, VA. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the new client portfolio.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with inbound lead generation activity and engage new clients.
  • Conduct persuasive product presentations to new client pipeline and update renewals.
  • Proactively contact clients to enhance and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Optimize CRM system by analyzing current activities and improving them for driving new business and retention.
  • Evaluate accounts and provide pricing information to clients while upselling other services.
  • Reengage long-term leads and develop new strategies to attract new business for existing and new product features.
  • Manage and optimize marketing outreach campaigns and support with content development.
  • Attend and actively participate in daily standups and weekly meetings.

Account Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or client services field.
  • Strong CRM (HubSpot) background.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Start-up or agency background is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • B2B of SaaS experience is preferred.
