A leader in the architecture industry is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Washington, DC for a full time, hybrid position (3 days onsite).

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, copy editing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience supporting RFQ and RFP responses. Familiarity with federal A/E proposals and Standard Form 330 submissions is preferred.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and production of proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Update project sheets, resumes, website content, social media, presentations, and other branded marketing materials.
- Proofread, edit, and perform quality control to ensure proposal compliance, accuracy, and consistency.
- Partner with technical teams and leadership to gather project information, manage proposal schedules, and meet submission deadlines.
- Support award submissions, CRM updates, marketing databases, and ongoing business development initiatives.
