Senior Business Data Analyst Requirements:
- Advanced SQL (joins, window functions, reconciliation) — hands-on assessment required.
- 5+ years business/data analysis; 2+ years hands-on ETL/DW/BI delivery.
- Strong data profiling and root-cause analysis skills.
- Personally executes validation, reconciliation, testing, and UAT.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Senior Business Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Own intake, triage, and prioritization of data requests.
- Run projects end-to-end: scoping ? build ? UAT ? launch.
- Write/optimize SQL daily; build reconciliation and validation queries.
- Own launch readiness, cutover, and post-launch verification.
- Liaise between business and technical teams; ensure compliance (RESPA, TILA, HMDA).
