A leader in the technology industry is hiring an Technical Product Owner Manager in St. Louis, MO for a full-time, hybrid position in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.


Technical Product Owner Manager Perks:

Technical Product Owner Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably within a business services organization within financial services.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or IT Manager.
  • Experience developing business applications using either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.



Technical Product Owner Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all customer-facing and critical internal systems.
  • Ensure team adherence to company programming standards and controls.
  • Support system implementations.
  • Stay current on key technology developments that may impact or improve managed products.
  • Act as a liaison between managed products and other areas within IT.
  • Direct, organize, supervise, and assist product staff, including reviewing and improving operating policies, implementing new procedures, and making personnel decisions (hiring, development, performance ratings, promotions, transfers, terminations).
  • Apply Agile processes and principles as needed to support delivery.
