Textile Print Designer Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and NedGraphics required; experience with PLM systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of seamless repeats and production-ready file development, including cleaning and refining artwork.
- Knowledge of textile printing methods, print production workflows, fabric construction, and manufacturing limitations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced seasonal calendar.
- Strong communicator and proactive problem solver who works well with cross-functional and global teams.
Textile Print Designer Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare artwork to a production-ready level, ensuring technical accuracy and manufacturability.
- Build, modify, troubleshoot, and refine seamless repeat artwork.
- Create and manage layered print files and art packs to support efficient development and production workflows.
- Adjust scale, repeat dimensions, layout, and file construction to meet manufacturing requirements.
- Review print files for potential production risks and recommend solutions that maintain design intent.
