Account Manager

Account Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of outside sales experience.
• HVAC and refrigeration industry experience preferred.
• Must live in the St. Louis area and be able to travel approximately five nights per month.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and iPad, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, distributors, contractors, and commercial end users.
• Drive product orders, reorders, brand awareness, product displays, and marketing programs across assigned accounts.
• Develop short- and long-term sales goals and annual marketing plans to support territory growth.
• Conduct customer seminars, trade events, and end user visits while serving as a trusted company representative.
• Analyze sales and customer data, manage inventory, process product returns, and identify opportunities to improve account performance.
