A leader in the financial services industry is hiring an Investment Communications Specialist in Owings Mills, MD or Colorado Springs, CO for a contract position through the end of 2026, hybrid with remote also available.

Investment Communications Specialist Perks:

  • Pay range of $25-30 per hour, depending on experience.

Investment Communications Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe experience is a plus.
  • General understanding of financial markets, products, or investment terminology.
  • Comfortable following documented processes and working within established templates.

Investment Communications Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal service teams to understand each investment change communication project.
  • Develop participant communications and regulatory notices using established templates and protocols.
  • Manage projects from start to finish while meeting financial services deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy of content including fund names, tickers, and legal footnotes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to finalize and distribute materials on time.
