An award-winning advertising agency is hiring a SEM Specialist in Baltimore, MD for a full-time, hybrid position onsite Tuesday and Thursday. The role offers the SEM Specialist to work to develop and manage SEM and PPC display campaigns while also thinking strategically and maximizing the impact of our client’s investment.

SEM Specialist Requirements:
  • Development of digital media strategies aligned with overall advertising goals.
  • Experience in SEM campaign design, development, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
  • Ability to interpret campaign reports and optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with third-party ad-serving, analytics tools, and coding basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
SEM Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute SEM and PPC display campaigns that maximize ROI.
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage bid strategies, keyword research, and ad copywriting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine digital strategies.
  • Stay current with trends and advancements in search engine marketing.
