Head of Marketing

A leader in the DTC eCommerce industry is hiring a Head of Marketing in Covington, KY for a full-time position, onsite.

Head of Marketing Perks:

• 15+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce with a strong performance marketing background.
• Proven experience scaling brands through significant growth phases.
• Fluency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
• Experience building and leveraging AI driven workflows within marketing operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing team members.

Head of Marketing Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the marketing, eCommerce, and creative teams.
• Develop and execute brand level growth strategy across multiple brands.
• Own budget forecasting and deliver spend and revenue projections to leadership.
• Manage accountability for external agency and vendor partnerships.
• Serve as marketing’s voice on the leadership team and own key performance measurables.
