Conshohocken, PA; July 22, 2014 – Profiles, a national digital recruitment firm, has named Molly McHugh as its new Business Development Manager.
Mrs. McHugh, who was previously a Business Development Representative for an IT product line in Central and South Jersey for Kelly Services, will now work directly with outside hiring management to consult them on their human capital needs in the creative, marketing, and interactive space.

Mrs. McHugh brings 14 years total experience comprised of marketing and staffing & recruiting. Previous years’ experience included selling for Kelly Services, Kforce, and CDI Corporation. “I pride my career successes on developing customer relationships and bringing the best talent to their teams. I love to develop client relationships and understand their culture and needs.”
Mrs. McHugh has a BA in English from Catholic University in Washington, DC and a MEd in Secondary Education from Arizona State University.
She currently lives in Cherry Hill, NJ.
