A leader in the consumer products industry is hiring a Creative Program Manager in Irvine, CA for a contract to hire position, hybrid. Hourly rate of $50 to $70 depending on experience.

Creative Program Manager Perks:

  • Strong ability to build relationships with demanding or difficult stakeholders.
  • Background in creative production, marketing operations, or account management preferred.
  • Comfortable working with work management or project tracking platforms.

Creative Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and change orders across a portfolio of creative projects.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to scope and plan work.
  • Support annual planning and portfolio management alongside team leadership.
  • Manage day to day operations and provide direction to project teams.
  • Identify risks and proactively navigate the team through shifting priorities.
