A leader in the higher education industry is hiring a Director of Financial Aid Fiscal Services. This is a REMOTE / full-time position, 

Director of Financial Aid Fiscal Services. Perks:

Director of Financial Aid Fiscal Services Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, higher education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of financial aid administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Title IV regulations and fund management.
  • Proven experience with reconciliations, audits, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.

Director of Financial Aid Fiscal Services Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight of financial aid fiscal operations and ensure compliance.
  • Manage federal, state, and institutional financial aid fund reconciliation and reporting.
  • Lead staff development, establish operational goals, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Oversee audit preparation and coordinate responses to compliance findings.
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize financial aid processes and systems.
