A leader in the mortgage industry is hiring a Technical Product Owner (AI) in Irvine, CA, for a full-time hybrid position.

Technical Product Owner (AI) Perks:

Technical Product Owner (AI) Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management or AI product ownership.
  • Proven track record of shipping AI/ML products from concept to launch.
  • Hands-on experience writing, evaluating, and iterating prompts for LLM-based products.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze data and build dashboards.
  • Technical literacy in API documentation, call flows, and system design.


Technical Product Owner (AI) Responsibilities:

  • Define, instrument, and report on KPIs for AI products, including resolution rate, conversion, and revenue attribution.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify regressions, and drive fixes across prompt, model, and data layers.
  • Develop and maintain QA frameworks and conversation review processes.
  • Take new AI use cases from concept to production, including writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and leading launches.
  • Manage vendor evaluations, onboarding, and governance processes for AI initiatives.
