- Handle apartment leasing by responding to inquiries, organizing property tours, and qualifying potential residents based on their needs and budget.
- Manage all leasing paperwork, process lease agreements, collect initial payments, and assist with move-ins while maintaining resident files.
- Respond to resident requests, address service concerns, and foster positive relationships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to property marketing efforts, social media posts, and external communications.
- High school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, and/or customer service required.
- Must have excellent communication skills to communicate well with the team and clients/residents.
- Outgoing and personable attitude.
- Must have strong writing and verbal communication skills, social media experience.
