Profiles Development is hiring an onsite Facilities Manager in Baltimore, MD for a 90-day contract position.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for coordinating office cleanup, furniture allocation, vendor management, and minor repairs. You will collaborate closely with vendors and our construction team to prepare office spaces for future tenants.

Facilities Manager Perks:
  • Hourly Rate $22-$30/hour.
  • Flexible schedule 25-40 hours per week.
  • Parking pass provided in adjacent garage.

Facilities Manager Requirements:
  • Experience with facility or office management tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology and entry code systems.
  • Strong organizational and vendor management skills.
  • College degree preferred, not required.
Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cleanup and organization of multiple office floors.
  • Allocate furniture, copier equipment, and office fixtures.
  • Manage sale or donation of furniture and office equipment.
  • Organize document shredding project.
  • Oversee minor repairs alongside construction teams and vendors.
