A leader in the technology industry is hiring an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master for a remote W2 contract position through the end of December.

Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master Perks:

Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of Agile project or product development experience.

  • Certified in one or more: CSM, PSM, PMI-PMP, or PMI-ACP.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills.

  • Proficient in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Hybrid models.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and MS Office tools.

Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master Responsibilities:

  • Guide Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Track team progress and remove impediments to ensure commitment delivery.

  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles to drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage scope, scheduling, and financial reporting using Agile metrics.
