A rapidly-growing e-commerce retailer in the home design space is hiring a Marketplace Listing Specialist.  This position is hybrid with 2 days onsite in NYC and 3 days work from home.  

Marketplace Listing Specialist Perks:
  • Ability to work for a fast-growing brand in the home interior space.
  • Flexible work schedule, work from home ability.
  • $70K-80K base salary.
Marketplace Listing Specialist Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing product listings on a multi-vendor ecommerce platform.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Eye for good photography imagery.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Marketplace Listing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Gather, format, and upload product information from various sources into internal databases and e-commerce platform.
  • Review product photography for quality and consistency.
  • Flag images for retouching and confirm all visual assets meet brand guidelines before publication.
  • Liaise directly with vendors to collect accurate product details, images, and supporting documentation.
  • Work with merchandising, creative, and development teams to ensure a smooth and timely product launch process.
