A leader in the healthcare technology industry is hiring a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher in the Greater Boston area for a contract-to-hire, hybrid position. Candidates must be local and able to work on site in a hybrid capacity upon offer. 
 
Senior UX Researcher Perks:

Senior UX Researcher Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a related field preferred, with proven expertise in UX research and human-centered design.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX, CX, Human Factors, or Customer Insights with a focus on product.
  • Proficiency with survey platforms such as Qualtrics and advanced data analysis features.
  • Strong background in experimental design, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Proven success presenting research insights to leadership and influencing business decisions.
 
Senior UX Researcher Responsibilities:
  • Develop research roadmaps aligned with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead end-to-end research projects, independently managing execution.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies including surveys, interviews, and mixed-method research.
  • Partner with UX, product, and marketing teams to inform design and strategy.
  • Mentor junior researchers and drive improvements in research processes, tools, and methodologies.
