A leader in the news media industry is hiring a Lifestyle Editor in NYC for a full-time, hybrid position.

Lifestyle Editor Perks:
• Competitive salary range of $80,000–90,000 annually.

Lifestyle Editor Requirements:
• Proven newsroom experience with strong editorial judgement.
• Proficiency in AP style.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Skilled in social media platforms and digital audience engagement.
• Video editing experience, with Adobe Premiere Pro preferred.

Lifestyle Editor Responsibilities:
• Assign, edit, write, and produce daily lifestyle content.
• Manage 1–2 reporters and oversee content quality and output.
• Monitor and respond to trending lifestyle topics including food, travel, and wellness.
• Leverage analytics, SEO, and digital tools to grow audience reach.
• Uphold editorial voice and reporting standards.
