- Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and secure UX patterns.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes and IA defining flows, navigation, and components.
- Design end-to-end borrower journey (onboarding, docs, tracking, support, comms).
- Conduct usability testing and validation.
- Deliver developer-ready specs, assets, and accessibility notes.
- Build a design system/style guide for consistency.
