A leader in the financial wellness technology industry is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for a contract-to-hire position, remote working Eastern Time business hours.

Growth Marketing Manager Perks:

Growth Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no current or future sponsorship is available.
  • 5-7 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing for B2B SaaS or benefits technology.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and CRM strategy, including segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture flows.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid search and social campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting).
  • Skilled in SEO, website optimization, and analytics using tools such as Webflow and GA4.
  • Proven ability to connect marketing insights to business outcomes and report on performance.

Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-funnel growth strategy across paid media, SEO, web, and CRM channels.
  • Own HubSpot marketing automation, implementing workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Manage digital campaigns to generate and convert high-quality leads.
  • Optimize website visibility and conversion performance through testing and analytics.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align targeting, lead journeys, and campaign execution.
