A leader in the B2C financial industry is hiring a Product Manager, Analytics and Product Success in Irvine, CA for a full-time position, onsite 2 days a week.

  • Salary range $130,000-$145,000 depending on relevant experience.

Product Manager, Analytics and Product Success Requirements:
  • 4+ years of product management experience focused on analytics and monitoring.

  • Advanced SQL proficiency with ability to independently query and analyze data.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and analytics/monitoring tools (Datadog, Pendo, Mixpanel, Heap).

  • Proven experience defining, tracking, and validating product success metrics and instrumentation.

  • Track record of leading successful product launches with data-driven results.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and Python/R plus understanding of observability and APM tools.

     

Product Manager, Analytics and Product Success Responsibilities:
  • Own and measure end-to-end product success metrics from launch through maturity.

  • Use monitoring tools and data analysis to validate feature functionality and performance.

  • Define success criteria for product initiatives and optimize based on performance insights.

  • Build and maintain real-time monitoring systems to track product health and detect anomalies.

  • Conduct root-cause analysis and post-mortems for product issues or unexpected behavior.

  • Lead launch planning and measurement with pre-defined success metrics.

  • Establish instrumentation standards and ensure complete tracking coverage across features.
