BI Analyst Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and hands-on database management experience.

• Proven ability to lead analytical efforts and partner with internal and external stakeholders.

• Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure databases, validate complex questions, and deliver accurate, user-ready outputs.

BI Analyst Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and integrate datasets from multiple internal and external sources with strong data governance practices.

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards, SQL-based reporting, and automated data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and support project managers and department leaders with data-driven decision making.

• Maintain and enhance data infrastructure, including the MySQL database, Tableau Prep workflows, and Smartsheet reports and automations.

• Produce recurring and ad-hoc deliverables such as dashboards, operational reports, performance metrics, and documentation while communicating status updates daily.
