Social Media Manager
A leader in the financial services industry is hiring a Social Media Manager in Baltimore, MD for a contracted, 1 year (40 hours a week), hybrid position. Prior crypto knowledge is strongly preferred.

Social Media Manager Requirements:
- 5 plus years of experience with at least 2 years managing social media programs.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to work through layered processes.
- Background in financial services; crypto knowledge or personal interest strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as X Pro, Sprinklr, Khoros, or Hootsuite.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills; data-driven mindset.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Stand up a new Twitter/X channel for the digital assets business including tools, workflows, and SOPs.
- Curate, create, and publish social-first content leveraging long-form materials, research, podcasts, and data.
- Build and manage content calendars aligned with launches, announcements, and business priorities.
- Partner with compliance to execute legal review and retention processes for all social content.
- Track analytics, report on performance, and optimize strategy based on insights.
