Project & Process Manager
A leader in the financial services industry is hiring a Project & Process Manager in Richmond, VA for a full-time, hybrid contract position (3-4 days onsite).

Process & Project Manager Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in project, process, or risk management.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with vendor or relationship management.
• Technical understanding of websites and APIs.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements.
Process & Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Design and document onboarding processes for affiliate partners.
• Lead process redesigns and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Track metrics, analyze data, and report to leadership.
• Manage issues, escalate problems, and support cross-functional alignment.
