Creative Operations Associate
A leader in the consumer goods industry is hiring a Creative Operations Associate in Needham, MA for a contract position, hybrid.

Creative Operations Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 to 9 years of experience in project management or traffic management within a creative environment.
- Experience in an in-house creative department or ad agency supporting multiple offices.
- Proficiency in Workfront, Excel, and Microsoft Word required; Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative Operations Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project traffic and workflow for print and digital creative projects from kickoff to file release.
- Own 1 to 2 product categories, maintaining workback schedules and communicating milestones across marketing, product development, and media teams.
- Lead daily and weekly status meetings with creative team members and business partners.
- Prepare and negotiate timelines, resources, and schedules with brand, product, and creative stakeholders.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements across team operations and project management tools.
