A leader in the Digital Media and Content Creation industry is hiring a Creative Director in Remote (U.S. time zones preferred) for a full-time position, fully remote.

Creative Director Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of YouTube trends, formats, analytics, and audience behavior
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with ability to lead creative direction
  • Experience collaborating with editors, designers, and production teams
  • Ability to work within U.S. time zones

Creative Director Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative strategy and execution for YouTube channels from concept to publication
  • Develop video ideas, titles, thumbnails, and scripts optimized for performance
  • Analyze channel performance and run tests to improve engagement and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including producers, editors, and designers
  • Build strong client relationships and act as the primary creative advisor
